ETHOS – The secret is consistency


– Dance and Barre Classes. She is often found in pilates and ballet classes, but likes to explore new realms of fitness like strength training and cycling. Her favorite lifts are Front Squats, Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts, and Bent Over Rows.


ABOUT SYDNEY – Sydney developed a love of fitness while obtaining her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography.


She felt passionate about the benefits cross training had towards her dance training and loved the edge it gave her in her dance career. Sydney teaches Barre as well at Flow Fitness and is excited to incorporate her knowledge into Personal Training.


She is a firm believer that being well rounded in your fitness endeavors will lead you to increased mobility, strength, and an open mind to explore your body’s fullest capabilities.
