The RESET program is a focused 30-day container designed to help you establish healthy rhythms physically, emotionally, and energetically.

1 Initial Deep-Dive Consultation

A full conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and current challenges so Beth can understand where you’re starting and what you truly want to shift (60 minutes).

Personalized Wellness + Energy Reset Plan

A tailored plan with recommendations around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and recovery—built to fit your real life, not an ideal schedule.

3 Follow-Up Coaching Sessions

Short virtual sessions to track progress, work through obstacles, and keep you focused and motivated throughout the month (30 minutes each).

Messaging Support Between Sessions

Ongoing contact with Beth via voice notes and text, so you can ask questions, get encouragement, and stay connected as things come up.

Beth is a certified Health Coach with a background in personal training, yoga, and nutrition. She brings a warm, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth presence to her coaching, helping people transform their health from the inside out.

Her approach is whole-person and deeply supportive: she’s here to help you navigate burnout, find balance, and feel more at home in your body—without chasing someone else’s idea of what “healthy” should be.

Whether you’re just starting to rethink your habits or you’re ready for a full reset, Beth walks alongside you, offering structure, tools, and encouragement at every step.
