Strength Camps at Flow Fitness
Strength Camps are structured, time-bound training programs designed to help you build strength, confidence, and skills in a supportive small-group environment.

Unlike typical group classes that run indefinitely, our Strength Camps follow a cohort model. Each program has a defined start and end date, with progressive training phases that build on each other.
You'll work alongside the same small group throughout the camp, creating accountability and community while mastering specific strength goals.
About Flow Fitness Strength Camps
Each Strength Camp runs for a set number of weeks with a dedicated cohort of participants. You'll train alongside the same small group throughout the program, following a structured progression designed by our coaches.
Most camps are limited to four participants, giving you personalized attention and creating a tight-knit community. When one camp session ends, new sessions open for registration so you can continue progressing through different programs or repeat your favorites.
