How do I join Flow Fitness?

You can join Flow Fitness online through our website, by visiting either our South Lake Union or Fremont location, or by scheduling a tour to learn more before committing. We offer flexible membership options with no long-term contracts required. Our team can help you choose the right membership level based on your goals and how you plan to use the facilities.

Do you offer tours or trial classes?

Yes, we offer complimentary tours of both locations so you can see the facilities, meet the team, and get a feel for the community before joining. Trial class options are also available. Schedule your tour online or call either location to set up a visit that works with your schedule.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We provide towel service and have locker facilities for storing your belongings during your workout. If you're taking a cycling class, we provide cycling shoes or you can clip in with your own. For other classes, standard athletic shoes work fine.

Do I need to be in shape to join Flow Fitness?

How do I book a class at Flow Fitness?

Book classes through our mobile app, website, or member portal. Simply browse the schedule, select your preferred class time, and reserve your spot. Class reservations open several days in advance, and we recommend booking early for popular times like evening FlowBarre classes and weekend sessions.

Do I need to reserve classes in advance?

Yes, class reservations are required and help us manage capacity and ensure everyone has proper equipment, instructor attention, and space. While all memberships come with access to classes, the number of classes varies by tier. If you're not a member, don't worry! You can still join us for drop-in sessions, or claim our intro offer for first-time guests. Late cancellation fees will incur for classes cancelled outside of policy.

Are group classes included in all membership levels?

Yes, group fitness classes are included with all membership tiers. However each tier includes a different amount of monthly classes. Our premium tiers offer unlimited classes. Check our membership comparison to see the quantity of classes per tier, or contact our team to find the right option for your training style and goals.

What types of group classes do you offer?

Flow Fitness offers a diverse class lineup including Functional Interval Training, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Barre, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BollyX, HIGH Fitness, WERQ, and Zumba. Our classes are led by passionate, talented instructors who are comitted to empowering you. Our schedule includes options for different fitness levels, energy preferences, and training goals. View our complete class descriptions and current schedule online.

What happens if I'm late to class?

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to get set up and allow the instructor to begin on time. Many of our classes may not be able to admit you once class has started for safety reasons. If you're running late, call ahead so we can communicate with instructors and do our best to support your class attendance. In an effort to create a fair environment and improve class experience for all members, late cancellation fees and no-show fees may incur.

Can I drop into classes without a membership?

Yes, drop-in rates are available for non-members. If it's it your first time at Flow please take advantage of our intro offer to enjoy all Flow has to offer before committing to a membership! Contact either location for current drop-in pricing and availability. Drop-ins are subject to space availability after members have reserved their spots.

What should I expect in my first group class?

Arrive 10-15 mins early so the instructor can introduce themselves and help you get set up with equipment. Let them know it's your first time– they'll provide modifications and extra guidance as needed. Every class format has a learning curve, so don't worry about getting everything perfect on day one. Our community is supportive and instructors are skilled at helping newcomers feel comfortable. We can't wait to meet you!

How do I cancel my class reservation?

You can give us a call, or simply cancel through the same system you used to book– mobile app, website, or member portal. Because our classes fill up so quickly, we ask that you cancel 12 hours before class start time so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties. Late cancellations between 12 and 2 hours before class will incur a $15 fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class—or any no-shows—will incur a $25 fee.

What if a class is full?

Join the waitlist through our booking system. If a spot opens up due to cancellations, waitlisted members are automatically moved into the class in order. You'll receive a notification if you get off the waitlist and into the class.

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you have a 2-hour window from the time you’re added to make changes without a penalty. After that window, the standard late cancellation and no-show fees may apply. Please contact our membership experience team if you have further questions!
