From Fundamentals to Confidence

Class Overview

Women Strong begins with the fundamentals of resistance training and progresses to help you feel confident training on your own. You will learn staple exercises and accessory movements aimed at increasing overall strength and supporting body composition goals.

The program is targeted toward people who are new to strength training. Sessions are limited to 4 participants so you receive individualized support.

Is this class appropriate for beginners?

Yes, this class is designed for people who have little to no experience in strength training.

How does Strength Camp differ from CrossFit?

Strength Camp is limited to four participants, which allows trainers to be hands-on and emphasize form and technique. Sessions are designed around support rather than competition.

Can you attend other Strength Camp sessions?

You are only allowed to attend the program on the days and times you sign up for.

How is the program structured?

Each Strength Camp program is designed to be progressive. You build on the prior week by increasing weight or repetitions or by performing a more advanced version of an exercise.

What happens if I can't make a session?

The program includes 20 sessions but is priced for 18, with the expectation that participants may miss a couple of sessions. Workouts and results are tracked in a training app so you can complete a missed session on your own when needed.

What happens at the end of the program?

At the end of the program, you will be able to build and complete your own strength workouts. Additional programs may be offered for participants who want to keep training in a small-group setting.
