Member Suspensions and Cancellations

Here's how to pause or end your membership.
Please allow up to three business days for processing. Requests will be effective the day they are submitted and you will receive a confirmation once processed. Please retain the confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, please submit again until you get a confirmation.
Membership Suspension
Suspension requests must be submitted 5 business days prior to your next billing date you are requesting and done in monthly increments up to 3 months. Suspension are not included as part of your 30 day notice for cancellations.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellations require a 30 day notice before your next billing date. We do allow exemptions in circumstances where using our facility is not possible such as moving out of Seattle or injury. Please explain why and attach any supporting documentation. Membership must be active (not in suspension) in order to cancel.
Membership Upgrade / Downgrade
Downgrade/Upgrades requests must be submitted 5 business days prior to your next billing date.
