Danny E.
I discovered power lifting and HIIT in high school after struggling with my weight for years. I was very enthusiastic about it until 2014, the year after I graduated, when I was hit by a semi and suffered a handful of severe injuries. Sadly, I was unable to continue lifting. Heartbroken, I became completely sedentary for the next six years and ended up gaining more weight than I ever had before. I reached my highest weight in 2020; 350 pounds. At that point I decided to make some changes and over the course of the next four years, I gradually began rebuilding my strength, stamina, and flexibility. I am currently down over 100 pounds and am still on my own journey to be the healthiest version of myself. I rediscovered my passion for fitness and decided to use my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their own goals.
