We're looking for instructors, trainers, and team members who believe fitness should be accessible without sacrificing excellence – people who care about details, value authentic connection, and want to help redefine what a neighborhood fitness space can be.
Why the Best Choose Flow Fitness
Tired of big-box gym culture, cookie-cutter programming, and environments that prioritize quantity over quality? You might be exactly who we're looking for.

Are You Our Next Team Member?
Certifications and experience matter, but they're not everything. We're looking for people who are knowledgeable yet approachable, confident yet humble, energetic yet grounded. Whether you're instructing a class, training a client, or greeting members at the front desk, you should be someone who makes people feel seen and supported.

Current Opportunities
Passionate about fitness and wellness? Believe in meeting people where they are? Want to prioritize community over corporate metrics? Let's talk.
Lead dynamic classes across formats including cycling, functional interval training, yoga, barre, BodyPump, BodyCombat, and dance-based cardio. We need certified instructors who bring energy and expertise, read the room, and modify movements for different experience levels.
Requirements: Current certification, teaching experience in your format, strong cueing and form instruction, genuine enthusiasm for helping people move better.
Design progressive programs, assess movement patterns, and deliver expert one-on-one training. You'll have access to both locations, premium equipment, and a supportive team. We value trainers who listen as much as they instruct.
Requirements: Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.), assessment and program design experience, strong communication skills, client-centered approach.
We're always open to connecting with registered dietitians, health coaches, physical therapists, massage therapists, and other wellness practitioners who align with our philosophy and specialize in helping active individuals.
Requirements: Relevant credentials and licensure, experience with active populations, holistic approach to health and wellness.
Be the first point of contact for our community. Handle check-ins, answer questions, support new members, and keep operations running smoothly. This role needs someone organized, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping people feel welcome.
Requirements: Customer service experience, strong organizational skills, comfort with technology and scheduling systems, friendly yet professional demeanor.
How We Hire
We'll review your application and reach out if there's potential fit. Expect a conversation about your background and philosophy, possibly a teaching audition or skills assessment (for instructor/trainer roles), and a chance to meet the team and tour our spaces. We're thorough because we care about finding the right match.
Once you're on the team, we'll onboard you into our systems, connect you with mentors, and support ongoing development. We invest in our people, not just fill positions.
