Meera B
Meera joined Flow Fitness back in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the classes and strong sense of community. You’ll often see her around the gym, taking barre or jumping into a cycle class right alongside you! Known for her energetic and positive vibe, Meera is all about motivating riders to push themselves while still having fun. Her goal is to create a music-driven, high-energy 45-minute workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished! Expect a playlist full of pop, rap, EDM, and reggaeton to keep you moving from start to finish!
