Nidhi’s yoga journey began over 25 years ago, training in Iyengar Yoga. By emphasizing postural alignment in her classes, students have an opportunity to build strength & flexibility, while maximizing the physical and spiritual benefits of their yoga practice. Further, by incorporating asanas (poses) & pranayama (breathwork) with alignment & intention, Nidhi strives to create a connective mind-body experience that allows for the mindful flow of balance, positive energy, and a constructive outlook.
