Overview
FLOWYoga Vinyasa
FLOWYoga Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement. The class combines longer-held postures with faster-moving sequences and is designed to be accessible yet challenging for a wide range of practitioners.
FLOWYoga Power
FLOWYoga Power follows a similar structure to the Vinyasa format but adds movements such as heel raises and core work to further challenge the muscles. Expect to work hard, sweat, and enjoy an energetic practice that remains accessible for many levels.
FLOWYoga Restore
FLOWYoga Restore combines yoga poses with meditation and breathwork. Poses are held for 1–5 minutes to allow the body to gradually soften and increase flexibility over time. Classes draw from Yin and Restorative traditions and work on range of motion in the hips, legs, back, chest, and shoulders.
