Danielle N.

Danielle began her yoga practice in San Diego while looking for complimentary 'exercise' to an intense running regimen. Yoga quickly became a passion & eventually she found herself coming back to her mat more & more while the running shoes took a rest. Danielle is naturally drawn to a fiery power yoga class, but often needs a gentle slow flow & believes that beauty lies in finding balance between the two. Aside from yoga, Danielle is passionate about music, psychology, her dogs Oakley & Mala, & her career in clinical research. You can expect a strong focus on the breath, options to challenge yourself, & a solid lofi/electronic-influenced playlist in her classes.
