Dana A.

Born and raised in Colorado, Dana has been a dedicated member of Flow Fitness for years. After recovering from a knee injury with the help of Flow’s community, she fell in love with the healing power of movement. Now pursuing her Yoga Teacher Training, she’s passionate about helping others find strength and mindfulness through yoga and functional training. Outside of the gym, you can find her skiing, hiking, exploring the mountains, and attending concerts. Grateful for the supportive community at Flow, Dana believes in the transformative power of movement for both body and mind.
