Meet

Sarah M.

Sarah is originally from Dallas, TX but grew up in Cincinnati, OH. She danced competitively and trained in several styles including ballet. While attending Loyola University Chicago, Sarah fell in love with group fitness classes and the community. There, she taught Cardio Kickboxing and Barre over three years. After graduation, Sarah moved to Seattle for work. She joined Flow Fitness as a member and later applied to be an instructor. Sarah loves that barre is low impact with a full body burn. She draws on her dance background for form and technique. Outside of the studio, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, travel, and exploring Seattle.
