BODYPUMP classes are designed to work every muscle group, using classic weightlifting movements like squats, deadlifts, and curls. The emphasis is on conditioning and endurance, using choreographed music to drive the movements.
If you are new to weightlifting, BODYPUMP offers a straightforward introduction. Classes are simple and easy to follow, and you can choose the weight that is right for you. During class you will use a bench, risers, and a barbell, and all equipment is provided.
