ABOUT Victoria – Victoria grew up in Seattle before attending college at William & Mary, where she majored in Kinesiology, was pre-med, and ran Division 1 track. She moved back home to run two more years of track at The University of Washington while earning her Master of Public Health. Victoria is passionate about health, and ensuring everyone has access to resources to allow them to live their happiest, healthiest lives.

After finishing running competitively, she joined Flow to explore other avenues to be physically active — and fell in love with barre, and the strong sense of community at Flow! She wanted to be a barre instructor because of how empowering, accessible, and modifiable barre is. Victoria looks forward to providing challenging and fun classes and supporting you in your health and fitness goals!

Outside of the studio, Victoria loves to cook, travel, read, go to concerts and spend time with her friends and family.

BIOGRAPHY

ABOUT TOMMY – Believe it or not, I’ve been doing what I love for the last 20 years! I’ve had my ups and my downs in the fitness industry, but my ability to remain optimistic has always allowed me a lifestyle to do what I love. That passion is traveling and helping people along the way. I am a native of Seattle, a Gulf War Veteran, father of 2 beautiful daughters and I have a twin sister (who is way better looking than I am). I live my life without regrets with the intention to always leave a path of happiness, laughter, and a lasting impression. Loving myself and trusting in my abilities gives me the courage to move through life knowing that I will be ok. I’ve held every job under the sun and this has granted me the insight to know what brings me joy to my life. I am a certified life coach, mentor, friend and a kick ass trainer at my core!

I stay true to me in my classes! I’ll give it my all for everyone to have the best experience. My love for music, dance, and energy will show up in every class. My music genre ranges from 70’s to current hits and I’m open to all artists. I want the class to be a journey, with a good healthy mix of everything.

“You live once, do things and be around people that LIGHT YOU UP! Life is short so create experiences, be willing to take chances, make mistakes, learn from them and most of all be happy!”
